“I just finished To Paradise by Hanya Yanagihara. I absolutely loved her previous novel A Little Life, which is so deeply moving. Now I'm reading Cormac McCarthy's All The Pretty Horses… His subject matter is always a bit dark but his prose is sublime and so distinct. One of my favorites.”
I love to cook mushroom risotto. It's a dish all about patience, consistency and quality of ingredients.

I rarely meet people who cook risotto for themselves so it feels like an indulgence at dinner parties, but I make it almost weekly so it's familiar and easy for me to adjust for dietary requirements or last-minute plus ones.”
