Online Warehouse Sale Terms & Conditions

Warehouse Sale linen is NOT covered by our IN BED promise/Guarantee and is FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be offered. 

All warehouse sale purchases are charged a flat shipping rate of $10 no matter the size of the order. Sale available to Australian customers only. 

Sale price is as marked, and only includes products in our warehouse sale collection. Sale products are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers/Promotional codes, including all product bundles, our bundle discount & our welcome code.

Please note: our warehouse sale bedding is different to our standard linen bedding. It has been made by a previous commercial partner in China to use up excess fabrics left over from past kitchen & commercial projects. The linen is still 175gsm and certified European Flax and retains a super soft hand feel - however it has been woven & made in China rather than our standard European Made linen. 

Please note: the colours of our warehouse sale linen may vary slightly from our standard colours. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing to go back with our standard European made linen, it may be best to purchase contrasting tones rather than trying to match perfectly. 

Due to a high volume of orders please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped and a dispatch confirmation received. Some orders may be split due to ship from store, so keep your eye out for multiple shipping confirmations & tracking.  If there are any stock discrepancies/unavailabilities on your order you will be notified and given the option to replace or have the out of the stock item refunded. Once confirmed via email, we will ship the remainder of your order. Refunds should be available in your account again within 24-48 hours depending on your bank.
