The following rules & regulations apply to all visitors and users of this website inbedstore.com. By using this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below and will be bound by all of the subsequent rules & regulations.
In the event that a violation of these rules & regulations occurs, IN BED reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law & in equity.
Unless otherwise stated, the IN BED website & all of its contents (including without limitation, all text, photographs, images, video & audio) are exclusive property of IN BED and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress & other laws.
IN BED is an Australian based home wares brand and online store. All products & services displayed within the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Sales within Australia include the Goods & Services Tax (GST).
The IN BED website & all of its materials including, but not limited to its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video & audio will collectively be known as ‘materials’. All ‘materials’ are protected by copyright laws & other international laws & treaties. You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this web site. This web site is owned by IN BED and subject to copyright. The information on this Site is protected under Australian copyright laws. Subject to provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia), you must not in any form or by any means;
-Reproduce, copy, adapt, broadcast, store, transmit, distribute, print, publish or create derivative works from any information or ‘materials’ on the site or otherwise exploit any of its ‘materials’ without our express prior written permission.
-Alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any material or information that you receive from this Site which can be accessed through this Site; or
-Use or apply, for commercial purposes any material or information on this Site, without the prior written consent of IN BED, Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right of use of any IN BED trade mark or part of any trademark displayed on the web site without the express written permission of IN BED.

On occasion, links may be established from inbedstore.com to one or more external web sites or resources operated by unrelated external website (the “external web site”). These links are provided for your convenience only. In addition, certain external web sites may also provide links to the IN BED website. These links should not necessarily be deemed to imply that IN BED endorses the external web site or any content therein. IN BED does not control and is not responsible or liable for any external web sites or any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such external web sites. Access to any Third Party Site is at your own risk and IN BED will have no liability arising out of or related to such web sites and/or their content or for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any purchase, use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such external web site.
SITE UPDATES AND REVISIONS
IN BED may change, terminate, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this web site including its terms & conditions at any chosen time, without notice. Your continued use of this web site after any changes will be construed as acceptance of any changes to any of the terms & conditions.
IN BED will exchange or refund full price goods purchased from inbedstore.com provided the goods are unused, have not been washed, are still in original packaging and have their tags attached.
Sale items marked final sale, are not available for exchange or refund, they are final sale.
Refunds will only be offered if items are received back at the IN BED office within 28 days of the customer originally receiving their order.
To complete a return, the customer must fill out our Request A Return form found here
The customer will then be emailed instructions on how to complete their return and what information to include on or inside the package.
If a customer is returning their item for a refund, shipping is taken off the refund total upon receipt of goods. If the customer is exchanging for another item or credit note shipping is free. IN BED takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a return shipping charge will be applied.
For International returns you must mark on the postal company’s consignment ‘Returned Goods’ to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes.
IN BED reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/Mastercard).
Once orders are placed online, they are unable to be cancelled, if you no longer wish to keep your order, you are welcome to return your order via our online returns portal. Due to our 3PL, it is too hard to intercept orders once placed.
All goods are quality controlled prior to dispatch, however occasionally production faults can result which are accidentally missed.
At IN BED we stand by our products and are proud to offer a 2 year warranty on all IN BED branded items from purchase date. This does not cover what would be considered user fault (e.g. fabric snagged on sharp corners, fabric bleached by household products or skin products etc).
As part of our commitment to sustainability you will first (when possible & appropriate) be offered a repair on your item. If repair is not possible we would then offer a replacement.
Your goods may be returned via the same method as above for assessment and a repair, replacement or refund will only be given if an item is deemed to be legitimately faulty by IN BED, as the supplier.
Return of faulty goods must adhere to the following:
- The product must have been purchased from IN BED directly at FULL PRICE (sale items, warehouse items or products purchased from third parties are not accepted)
- The product must have been purchased within 24 months of notifying IN BED of the fault.
- You must contact IN BED via email (email@example.com) with:
(i) A photograph of the item & fault along with a description of the issue/fault
(ii)A “proof of purchase”, being either the email confirmation or invoice from IN BED or bank statement.
IN BED will respond within 24 business hours and if eligible for inspection, will send return details as per the process above.
Items not longer usable and not eligible for replacement will be offered a return for recycling as part of our Back IN BED program.

GENERAL PRIVACY INFORMATION
USE OF INFORMATION
Any information we collect is used to assist in delivering you your online order, relevant consumer information and notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you as a valued IN BED customer. We do not disclose information that we hold to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.
As required by law, you may “opt-out” from direct marketing material that IN BED may send by following the instructions at the bottom of our newsletters. Alternatively, you may contact our head office if you do not wish your details to be used for marketing purposes by emailing email@example.com.
IN BED utilizes a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your person information. Credit card numbers are not stored in our systems in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. When purchasing from IN BED your financial details are passed through to a secure server which supports SSL (secure socket layers) of 128bit and greater.
Sales are valid during the stated timeframe only and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer including our WELCOME discount. IN BED does not offer refund OR exchange on sale items unless goods are deemed faulty. For WAREHOUSE SALE T's & C's please review section at bottom of page.
PRE ORDER POLICY
All pre-orders are charged at the time of transaction. Orders will be shipped within 2 – 3 days of stock becoming available. If there are any unprecedented delays we will notify you via email and give option of refunding your order. All general exchange & refund policies apply to orders once received.
GIVEAWAYS AND PROMOTIONS
Promotions are valid during the stated time frame only and whilst stock last. Goods purchased are still applicable for returns & refunds, however must be returned as new and with all packaging and promotional products or materials (including any give-aways in original condition). If the promotional products or materials are used or not returned in original condition IN BED reserves the right to charge full recommended retail price for the gifted item. Please note some offers & promotions may be open to Australian residents only. Check the promotional page to confirm. ARCHIVE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Some items may not be sent in an IN BED branded bag due to availability.
If there are any stock discrepancies/unavailabilities on your order you will be notified and refunded for your full order immediately (even if some items from your order are in stock.) This is due to the sheer number of orders that are being processed and we apologies in advance if this happens. Refunds should be available in your account again within 24-48 hours depending on your bank.
Prices are as marked online and are not eligible for further discount or to be used in conjunction with any other offers. The 10% Welcome discount will not apply to sale items.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no exchange, refund or credit will be provided unless the item is faulty.
Due to volume please allow up to 5 business days for your warehouse sale order to be shipped and a dispatch confirmation received.
Archive sale items may be coming from multiple locations so please be aware that you may receive split shipments. If this is the case, you will receive a shipping notification for each individual shipment sent including tracking details.
IN BED reserves the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the promotion.
