We ship within Australia & NZ from our Warehouse in Sydney, Australia via Australia Post.
For orders to USA & Canada we ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA via FEDEX.
Once your order is packed & shipped, you will receive tracking information from us. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order please get in touch with us via Live Chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can see what the issue is.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed within Australia will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Order processed within the USA 2-5 days depening on your location. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We do! All orders over $200 within Australia, are shipped free of charge with no minimum spend.
We also offer complimentary ground shipping on orders from the US & Canada.
We ship all orders the next business day from our Sydney based warehouse. Depending on your location you order can take up to 5-7 business days to reach you. This applies to Australian and international shipments.

We ship internationally to NZ, USA & Canada. Unfortunately we are not shipping to any other countries currently.

We offer free shipping on all credit note requests however if you are requesting a refund the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Currently only our New Zealand customers may incur import taxes & duties imposed by their local customs. If you are from NZ Please check with your local customs office before placing your order. IN BED are not liable to cover these costs.

Your order is packaged in an FSC certified cardboard box and sealed with water soluble paper tape which ensures the box is completely recyclable after you remove the shipping label. It is packaged within the box with 100% recycled paper.
Unfortunately we do no offer gift wrapping at this stage.
Unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order once it's been placed. If your items qualify, we are more than happy for you to send back your items for an exchange, refund or credit notes. once your order has been recieved.
