Just three hours from the capital, Hillcrest Merimbula, a reimagined 1970s beachside motel is the perfect out-of-office destination. A private island is just the beginning of this Tasmanian adventure; which might see you cooking fresh fish over an open fire, or shucking wild oysters straight from the sea - a true return to life’s simple pleasures.
